As of the second week of September many of our students in collège have been busy preparing for Public Speaking exams which will take place in the second week of December 2021. The ten week New Era Academy (NEA) Public Speaking exam course at Ombrosa is available to all students from 6ème through to 3ème and offers the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills necessary for oral communication, writing and school or public presentations. The course helps to develop confidence, articulation and expression and students learn how to research and speak with conviction in a clear, structured and organised manner about a subject that interests them. The exams currently offered at Ombrosa range from Grade 3 (Foundation medal) through to Grade 7 (Silver medal). Students will receive a Vocational qualification, recognised by the UK awarding body OFQUAL.
