In connection with our Geography and English units on renewable resources and eco-homes, our CM1 classes welcomed Guenievre and Beatrice from Playwell for our LEGO project. They worked in groups to build objects that move (cars, wind turbines, conveyor belts) using clean and renewable energies.
We finished off the week by building an eco-village combining all of the technologies that we learned about!
