To face the quick development of new communication tools, it is necessary to pay careful attention to privacy protection. That is why we commit ourselves to respect the confidentiality of the personal data we collect. That is why we are commited to respect the confidentiality of the personal data we collect.
As part of its activity, OMBROSA collects personal data.
Data gathered by OMBROSA are collected, recorded and stored in full conformity with the measures dictated by the Act of January 6th, 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties applicable at the date hereof, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Collection of personal data

Your personal data are collected through forms, namely:

The collected data mostly relate to professional contact information of representatives and employees of OMBROSA’s clients and prospects along with, if need be, their requests or visits on the websites https://www.ombrosa.com and https://www.international-school-ombrosa.com

  • Phone number

The personal data we collect are gathered through the forms and thanks to the interactivity established between you and our website. As indicated in the following section, we also use cookies and/or logs to gather personal data.
Data processing is necessary to supply the services mentioned on our website.
From their collection by the person responsible for data processing or from the last contact by the prospect (request for information, for example), data are stored for the necessary period to supply the services offered by OMBROSA, and will be deleted after a maximum delay of 3 years.  
The data allowing to establish the proof of a right or a contract, or stored to respect a legal obligation, can be subjected to a longer storage period and can be archived in conformity with the current dispositions (especially with the dispositions established by the Commercial code, the Civil code, or the Consumer code).

In full conformity with the legal applicable dispositions, you have the possibility to refuse the reception of these messages when you firstly contact OMBROSA, or by clicking on the unsubscription link at the bottom of the page of each message sent.
